Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“TOS”/“Agreement”) are made between Permit Puller, Inc. (“PPI”/“us”/“our”), a Massachusetts corporation, and you, a user of our website (“you”/ “user”). Use of this website (“site”) and our services are provided to you subject to this Agreement and are governed by it, which may be updated and modified periodically at our sole discretion. You hereby agree as follows:

BY ENROLLING/USING USING THIS SITE AND THE SERVICES PPI PROVIDES UNDER IT, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT, WHICH IS HEREBY INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE, AND EXPRESSLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED HEREIN. THIS AGREEMENT WILL HAVE THE SAME LEGAL EFFECT AND FORCE AS A WRITTEN AND SIGNED CONTRACT BY YOU. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE OUR SERVICES.

PPI will attempt to obtain your Resident Parking Sticker at Boston City Hall on your behalf with the documents you provide. PPI will assume that the documents you submit will meet the criteria specified at: https://www.boston.gov/departments/parking-clerk/how-get-resident-parking-permit

Prior to our application at City Hall, PPI will provide an initial document review to identify deficiencies that could result in the denial of your request by City Hall. In the event PPI identifies potential errors and/or omissions, you will be notified and asked for corrected/updated documents. You will have 5 days to provide corrected documents OR cancel your order and receive a full refund. Should you fail to provide correct documentation within 5 days, you are NOT entitled to a refund.

Once adequate documents are provided and reviewed by PPI staff, PPI will provide a good faith effort to obtain your resident sticker. The City of Boston is solely responsible for determining eligibility, approving, or denying resident parking stickers. In the event the Boston Parking Clerk's office denies issuance of the resident parking sticker, you are not entitled to any refund. However, PPI will communicate the City’s reason for denial and give you the opportunity to correct discrepancies and provide updated documents. Once the discrepancies are amended, PPI will return to Boston City Hall in an attempt to secure your sticker.

In the event that PPI determines, at its sole discretion, any provided documents are potentially fraudulent, PPI will cancel the order and you will NOT be refunded.

Order processing times are solely dependent on Boston City Hall’s operating hours. PPI does NOT guarantee any specific processing/turnaround times. PPI will attempt your request on our next scheduled visit to City Hall..

The parking stickers will be delivered by FedEx 2-day to the shipping address you provided. Shipping notification emails are typically sent, but not guaranteed. Under no circumstances is PPI responsible for any lost packages once the package/envelope is tendered to FedEx. Nor will you be refunded should the package be stolen after it’s delivered by FedEx. PPI strongly recommends selecting “signature required” in the shipping section of our order process.
